MoveFast Restoration is a Goldmorr-licensed mold detection and remediation company providing professional environmental restoration services, including but not limited to:

3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: MoveFast Alerts & Updates
Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you will receive service appointment reminders, project updates, emergency alerts, promotional offers, and important information related to your mold remediation and restoration services. Message frequency varies based on your service needs and may include time-sensitive notifications.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin after opting out, sign up as you did initially through our website or by texting your contact information to our service number, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to our support team at 410-650-5000 or info@movefastrestoration.com.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is available on all major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
4. Service Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by MoveFast Restoration are subject to on-site inspection and evaluation. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work discovered during the remediation process. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
5. Emergency Services
For emergency restoration services, we strive to respond promptly. However, response times may vary based on weather conditions, service area, and current workload. Emergency service fees may apply.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the condition of your property
- Grant reasonable access to the affected areas for inspection and remediation
- Remove or secure valuable items from work areas
- Disclose any known health conditions that may be affected by mold exposure
- Maintain homeowner’s insurance coverage as applicable
- Provide timely payment according to agreed terms
7. Liability and Warranties
MoveFast Restoration maintains appropriate licensing and insurance as required by law. Our work is performed in accordance with industry standards and Goldmorr certification requirements. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial inspection
- Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow recommendations
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Issues arising from work performed by third parties
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
9. Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms. Deposits paid for scheduled services may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

12. Legal Compliance
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regarding SMS communications.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the MoveFast Restoration website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MoveFast Restoration and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
14. Limitation of Liability
