The project’s complexity, which involved sewage removal and a complete disposal of all contaminated contents, stemmed from a three-week delay following a significant sewage leak that affected the entire premises. The $100,000 scope of work included the removal and disposal of product inventory, shelving units, computer equipment, cash register stations, and office equipment.
